Electric baseboard would be a good thing, but we have to see if it has spaces for the addition of energy in each panel. If it is a duplex that they can see whether someone can carry the additional load. Each should be 240 volts. It should be at least 2 or 3 per apartment.

Call a qualified electrician. You may have the wiring of the panels, the extra power to handle without a fire. Just add hot is no problem too big. Insert the supplied correct wiring of the panel and the required size and the main power lines could be a big company. If you do not develop the know-how, and to install the system are correct, you should use a professional. If you try to DIY, you can use a fire that kills someone and destroy their property. Not worth it-yourself.

If it is used the heat? I added a small ceramic heat my bathroom that operating costs a few cents per day. Search Econoheat online or on the backs of magazines renovation. They are very expensive to leave and may at any time without an increase in the electricity bill. They are about 2 'square, it can be removed in order to be adapted in the room so that they disappear and then plug into regular outlet. Long hot baths in winter and I have a towel on them to the guests, which I installed the heater face. They run $ 100 each or less if you order more than 2 and heated for one square meter of the surface. Is completely safe and non-flammable. I have central heating, but I hate the fall and spring only thermal baths. You can have several in each room. I will use in every room, at my B & B Add This allows each client to control the heat without running my bill through the roof.
