How long does it take to buy a foreclosed home? - how long does home cannng last
We wanted to buy a house too short (two months to sell is waiting for a response), left from the contract due to gross negligence by the bank (which has changed the locks) to the owner. We are now at a house in foreclosure. How long does it usually for a response from the bank?

Always! I'm not kidding. The banks can have up to three months time to a buyer connected again about an offer for a house. You can good deals on short sales and real estate excluded, but we must wait at least three months (or longer), to authorize the bank to sell.
Foreclosed homes are a better choice. In most of them contain offers for 30 days.
