What would I need to buy? - tablet pc accessories

I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment and said accessory for Tablet PC and the programs that have these
1) Sticky Notes
2) Tablet PC Input Panel
3) Windows Journal
Technically, it is a laptop, but I wonder if I bought a pen and if I could write my own Imput program. Tell me if you need more information. Suggests that it could buy me please. Best answer to the most valid and useful!
